The National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), David Mark, has reaffirmed the party’s readiness to participate fully in the 2027 general elections, dismissing concerns that ongoing legal challenges could hinder its inclusion on the ballot.

Speaking on Wednesday evening after receiving a detailed briefing from the party’s legal team, Senator Mark expressed strong confidence in the ADC’s legal position following a recent ruling by the Federal High Court in Abuja. He assured party members that the litigations currently facing the party would not derail its electoral ambitions.

Addressing fears among party faithful, Senator Mark emphasized that there was no cause for alarm. He maintained that the ADC is well-prepared to navigate the legal processes and is determined to secure favourable outcomes in all pending cases.
