For years now, we Nigerians have waited. We’ve hoped. We’ve begged. Continuously, we’ve prayed for things to get better. Likewise, we’ve watched as systems failed us, as those in power made promises they never intended to keep. We’ve seen our dreams delayed and our dignity dragged through the mud. We’ve been told to be patient, to endure, to adjust, even as prices rise, fuel disappears, and basic things become luxuries.
But how much longer should a people endure before they say: enough is enough?
This isn’t just another election season. This isn’t politics as usual, but a rescue mission for our country, for our children, for ourselves. It’s about finally standing up and saying: we deserve better. We’re tired of a country where talent is wasted, where the future is something young people dread and try to escape from instead of running toward. We’re tired of surviving when we should be thriving.
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is not here to play the same game with different faces. We are not here for power for power’s sake. We’re here to listen. We’re here to serve. And most importantly, we’re here to lead with honesty and heart. There are no godfathers behind us, no secret deals in smoke-filled rooms. This is a movement for real people, from all walks of life, coming together to fix what has been broken for too long.
We are ordinary Nigerians with an extraordinary belief: that this country can work. And that change will not come from the top down, but from the ground up. From the market women and the teachers. From the artisans and the nurses. From the youth who are tired of hashtags and want real action. From everyone who still believes Nigeria is worth fighting for.
We are tired, yes. But we are not giving up. We are organizing. We are registering. We are voting. Because if we don’t do it, who will?
This is not the time to lose hope. This is the time to come together and instill hope in one another. Our rescue mission has started. Now is the time.
So, Arise and Shine, Nigeria. The future we want won't build itself. Let’s build it together.

12 Jul, 2025 at 10:08 AMThe Introduction of the ADC alone, has woken those that thought they will continue to sleep peacefully in AC, while ordinary Nigerian suffer! They want deceive us by entering the mud with us. Let's be careful and be mindful!
