The African Democratic Congress (ADC) National Reconciliation and Peace Committee has called on party members with complaints, grievances, disputes or petitions relating to party affairs to submit memoranda for consideration as part of ongoing efforts to promote unity and strengthen internal reconciliation.

The Committee urged members making submissions to clearly state the relevant facts surrounding their concerns, as well as proposed solutions or recommendations that could assist in resolving the issues raised.

All memoranda are expected to be received within seven days of the notice.

As part of the reconciliation process, the ADC National Reconciliation and Peace Committee has also announced the schedule for its zonal meetings across the six geopolitical zones of the country.

Party members who have submitted petitions are expected to attend the appropriate zonal meeting, where they will have the opportunity to present and discuss the issues contained in their petitions and work towards amicable resolutions.

The zonal engagements are intended to provide a platform for constructive dialogue, listening and resolution of outstanding concerns among party members, in line with the ADC's commitment to fairness, dialogue and reconciliation.

Members are advised to contact their respective National Vice-Chairmen, State Chairmen and other party leaders for information regarding the specific venues, dates and times of the meetings.

The ADC National Reconciliation and Peace Committee reaffirmed its commitment to addressing internal differences through a fair, inclusive and peaceful reconciliation process, with the objective of strengthening cohesion and fostering a united party.
